After 2000, Daqing Yinlang Grain Depot, Daqing Lindian Garden Grain Depot, and Suihua Zhaodong Grain Depot were successively built.
In 2002, Dalian Zhenfu Building was developed and constructed, with a total investment of about 600 million yuan, covering an area of 1.1 hectares, a construction area of 183,000 square meters, and a building height of 100 meters. It is located in the landmark area of Dalian Railway Station.
In 2005, the construction of the Anda Agricultural Machinery Complex Building with a construction area of 40,000 square meters was completed. This project was the tallest building in the Suihua area at that time.
In 2006, the construction of the Daqing Youshuimeidi Community was completed. The total investment of the project was 300 million yuan, covering an area of 5.2 hectares and a construction area of 92,000 square meters.
